Payment Policy
We understand that your smile is as important to you as it is to us. In an effort to help our patients reach their dental needs both physically and financially, we will assist you in reaching a comfortable financial solution that will fit your situation.
For those without insurance, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, cash, check, and CareCredit. A 3% credit card fee on credit cards, not debit cards, does apply.
To make matters easier we file all insurance claims on your behalf. If you have any questions about insurance eligibility or coverage, call us at 901-861-0031.

Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to stay on time and honor your time. We understand that things come up unexpectedly that may delay or cause you to have to cancel your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment. A fee of $25.00 may be assesed if 24 hours notice is not given.
